Private Party Pricing
Our private craft parties are priced per guest, based on the project selected. A minimum of 8 participants is required per party. Groups of more than 18 receive a 10% discount.
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event.
We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance. If your party location is over 20 miles from Concord, CA, a travel fee may apply. Please contact us for details.
Cancellation Policy
14+ Days Before the Event: The host may choose either a full refund (minus a $50 processing fee) or to rebook the event within 90 days of the original date.
Within 14 Days of the Event: The host may rebook the event within 90 days of the original date. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

What’s included in a private craft party?
We bring all the crafting supplies, handle setup, guide everyone through the project, and take care of the cleanup afterward!
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure we have availability and can prepare any custom requests.
Where can we hold a private craft party?
You provide the space! Many people host at home, but workplaces, community centers, or rented event spaces work well, too.
What space setup is needed for a craft party?
We’ll need enough tables and chairs for all guests, good lighting, and a comfortable space for everyone to craft. Plan for at least two feet of work space per crafter. Some crafts require access to power outlets and/or water.
How long do craft parties typically last?
Our craft parties last 1-2 hours, depending on the craft and the number of guests.
Can the crafts be customized to match our party’s theme?
